B2B Order Conditions — MillerCraftsTools
MillerCraftsTools offers special conditions for professional customers and distributors interested in wholesale orders. Below you will find everything you need to know before applying for a B2B account.
Access & Registration
Access to wholesale pricing and conditions requires prior registration as a B2B customer. Once your application has been approved, you will be able to browse our catalog with exclusive pricing directly from our online store.
Wholesale Pricing
B2B customers benefit from a discount off the retail price across all products in the B2B catalog. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and taxes are added at checkout (prices shown are tax-exclusive).
The B2B catalog currently includes 44 references with individually negotiated fixed prices, in addition to the general discount applied to the rest of the available products.
Geographic Coverage
We currently accept B2B orders from the following regions:
- Spain — Customers based in Spanish territory.
- European Union — Customers in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
B2B Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for B2B orders are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

Taxes & Customs
B2B prices are displayed excluding VAT. The applicable tax is automatically added at checkout in accordance with the regulations of your country. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer (DDU terms).
Order Conditions
- Minimum quantity per product reference: 10 units.
- Minimum order total quantity: 50 Units. **If you're interested in fewer units, write to me at manu@millercraftstools.com explaining the reason and providing your references (your shop page, social media, etc.), in other words, convince me ;)
- Maximum total units per order: 150 Units.
Orders are processed once your B2B account has been verified and approved.
My production is entirely handcrafted, so please keep in mind that for every 50 units, the manufacturing and preparation time is 10 working days. Use this as a reference when placing your order — that is, for every 50 units, add 10 working days to the preparation time.Preparation time may vary depending on the overall workload from my customers, as I also sell directly to ceramicists. However, the 10 working days per 50 units is the preparation estimated standard time I aim for, meaning orders could be ready sooner if my overall volume is low.
**Please note that shipping transit time is additional to the preparation period.
Delays beyond this reference time would only occur in cases of force majeure, such as unforeseen personal circumstances, health issues, equipment failure or other circumstances beyond my control like issues with wood dealers or material suppliers. In any such situation, I will personally reach out to you as soon as I notice any delay that to find a solution that works for both of us.
