The D-CV6 is a high-performance texturing tool designed for the potter who wants their surfaces to tell a story. While other tools offer small details, the D-CV6 is made for impact. I designed this tool with a series of deep waves on its lower edge, specifically made to carve bold, architectural grooves into your pieces. These waves create a play of light and shadow that looks beautiful under the glaze.

But the D-CV6 does two jobs at once. Its upper part features two different curves that allow you to fix the shape of your piece or finish rims with different sizes. This means you can move from carving a bold texture on the body of a vase to smoothing a delicate lip without ever putting the tool down.

Hand-crafted in my workshop from our signature wood, the D-CV6 is hand-sanded to a professional finish. The center hole is a precision point that ensures your textures remain perfectly steady and even, even on large-scale work.
