AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
1. Commission Structure
Our program features a progressive commission structure ranging from 5% to 10%.
- Starting Rate: All new ambassadors begin with a base commission of 5% on net sales.
- Performance Reviews: Commission increases (to 7%, 10%, or intermediate rates) are awarded based on objective milestones, including sales volume, conversion consistency, and content quality.
- Review Cycle: Performance is evaluated on a monthly basis. Any adjustments to commission rates will be communicated in writing and will take effect at the start of the following billing cycle.
2. Commission Calculation
- Commissions are calculated based on the net sales value, which is the order total excluding shipping costs and taxes (VAT).
- If a discount code is applied to an order, the commission will be calculated based on the final discounted price paid by the customer.
- Commissions are only approved for successfully completed and paid orders. Cancelled or refunded orders will not generate a commission.
3. Referral Benefits
As an ambassador, you will be assigned a unique discount code to share. This code provides a 10% discount to your referrals on their purchase, helping you drive conversions and grow your performance.
4. Paid Search & Advertising Policy (PPC)
To protect our brand integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:
- No Search Engine Ads: You are not allowed to run ads on Google, Bing, or any other search engine using your ambassador link.
- No Brand Bidding: You may not bid on keywords involving our Brand Name or any variations/misspellings of it.
- Direct Linking: Using paid ads to link directly to our store is prohibited.
- Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of any pending commissions.
5. Transparency & Monitoring
All tracking is managed through the Goaffpro platform. We reserve the right to review any traffic source. Affiliates found to be using deceptive practices will be removed from the program.
Legal Compliance and Transparency: The accrual and payment of commissions are strictly contingent upon the Ambassador’s compliance with current advertising and consumer protection regulations. Specifically, the Ambassador agrees to clearly, visibly, and explicitly disclose the commercial nature of their content (using tags such as #Ad, #Sponsored, or the platform’s built-in "Paid Partnership" tools). Failure to comply with these transparency guidelines shall be grounds for withholding the affected commission and may result in the termination of the agreement.
CLAUSE: NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND TAX OBLIGATIONS
1. Professional Independence: The relationship between the Brand and the Ambassador is strictly commercial, with both parties acting as independent contractors. The Ambassador represents that they possess their own organization and the material resources necessary to conduct their business. Consequently, the Ambassador shall have full autonomy regarding their schedule, work methods, and content creation, and shall not be subject to the Brand’s managerial control, beyond adherence to agreed-upon brand standards and style guides.
2. Tax and Social Security Responsibility: The Ambassador is solely responsible for complying with all legal, tax, and social security obligations arising from the income earned through this program. This includes, but is not limited to, registering with the appropriate tax authorities and declaring all earnings. Commission payments are subject to the submission of a valid legal invoice or any other documentation required by current law.
3. Tax Withholdings and Net Payment: The commission rates outlined in this program (5% - 10%) are considered net amounts to be received by the Ambassador. To simplify operations within the GoAffPro platform, the Ambassador will receive the full commission percentage calculated on the sale ( read 2. Commision Calculation ).
The Brand shall assume, as an additional cost, the payment of any mandatory income tax withholdings (IRPF or equivalent) to the tax authorities. Consequently, tax withholdings will not result in a deduction from the net amount displayed in the Ambassador’s dashboard or the final payment received.
4. Non-Resident Ambassadors: Ambassadors who are tax residents outside of Spain must provide a valid Tax Residency Certificate issued by their local tax authority. Failure to provide this document will result in the Brand applying the withholdings required by Spanish Non-Resident Income Tax (IRNR) laws. Commissions paid to non-residents will not include VAT, in accordance with international service location tax rules.
