You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, the tool must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. If the tool is part of a kit, the entire set must be returned.

Important: All international orders outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to high shipping and customs costs.

Unlike industrial tools found on large marketplaces, which are often made from unsuitable woods with poor finishes and no protective treatment, my tools are built to last.

I personally ensure every piece has a perfect cut and a high-quality manual sanding for a smooth touch. I only use premium woods like Maple and Cherry, finished with protective oils, so they are ready to work as hard as you do from day one.

My name is Manu, and I personally design and handcrafted every tool in my workshop. This project started when I began creating custom tools for my wife, Laura, to help her with her pottery. Today, I use my experience in design to offer these tools to the entire community.

I use high-quality Maple and Cherry wood. Please note that the final product may have slight variations in color and grain due to the use of natural raw materials, making every tool unique.

Wash them by hand with water to remove clay or mud, towel dry immediately, and leave to air dry. Do not leave your tools submerged in water or soaked, and do not use chemicals or abrasives.

When using the tool on the lathe, you can submerge it in the water basin to clean it, but then leave it out. Do not leave it floating or soaking for extended periods.

It is normal for wood to feel rougher after its first use. You can gently sand the surface with very fine sandpaper (320+) and reapply a natural wood oil or beeswax ointment. Let it dry for 24 hours before use. This will ensure a smoother finish and won't affect the tool's performance.

At this moment, I do not accept custom orders or specific tool commissions. I am fully focused on designing and perfecting my own collection of tools to ensure the highest quality for every piece in the shop.
